This 1,200 sq. ft. custom-built ADU was designed for a homeowner in San Diego who wanted to create a comfortable, private space for family members to live. The homeowner already had approved plans and permits in place, and Carbon Remodeling was contracted to take on the full build.

Our team managed the entire construction process from the ground up — pouring the foundation, framing, roofing, and exterior finishing. The project features Cool Life exterior coating for energy efficiency and durability, and a GAF roofing system for long-term weather protection and a clean finish.
